At Femantraa, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please note the following important points regarding our sales policy: 

  • All purchases made at Femantraa are final.  

Once a transaction has been completed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This includes but is not limited to, reasons such as change of mind, issues with fit, or style preference.

We strongly encourage you to carefully read all product descriptions, size details, and measurements provided on our website to ensure the item meets your expectations before purchasing.

Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we are committed to making it right. We will happily facilitate an exchange for an identical item, subject to stock availability.

Custom Orders and Sale Items 

  • Custom orders and items purchased on sale are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective upon receipt.  

Conditions for Exchanges 

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.  
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.  

Shipping Costs 

In the event of a defective item, we ensure your convenience by arranging a replacement shipment at no additional shipping cost. Should the item not be available, we offer an in-store credit that covers both the return shipping costs and the original purchase value. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your exchange to ensure safe delivery.  


Our non-refundable return policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the item.
