As of January 2024, we are currently offering shipping services exclusively to the USA and Canada but will expand our deliveries within the next year. 

During the checkout process, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred shipping mode. Utilizing our shipping rate calculator, you'll be able to view the applicable shipping fee based on your selection before finalizing the order. 

The calculator displays the best shipping options available for the products in your cart, providing a transparent view of the associated cost. 

How is the shipping rate  calculated for my order?

At Femantraa, we believe in providing straightforward and transparent shipping based on weight. We pass on only the exact cost charged by courier companies without any additional markup.

While you may notice that our shipping charges might appear slightly higher compared to other global e-commerce websites, it's important to understand that we do not embed shipping costs into our product prices. We prioritize transparency in every aspect of our business, from sourcing products to the shipping charges we incur with courier companies. 

It's worth nothing that the allure of cheap or free  international shipping may seem enticing, but the reality is that quality service comes with associated costs, especially for international shipments.

We are committed to being forthright in our business practices, ensuring you are fully informed about how we source products and the legitimate shipping charges we bear from courier companies.

How long will the delivery take?

Please note that the delivery time for your order may very based on the shipping location and method chosen during checkout. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, the actual delivery time is influenced by the destination's distance and local courier services.

Where is my package?

 For eligible order, we provide tracking information to give you peace of mind as your shipment makes its way to you. Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, the respective courier company will generate a tracking number for your package. 

You can expect to receive an email or notification from the courier company containing your unique tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time, providing updates on its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Additionally, the courier company's website or app will serve as a valuable resource, offering insights into the current location and estimated delivery time of your order.

What if there are any local taxes/custom charges for my order when it reaches me?

We cannot predict the response of customs authorities in your country upon encountering the wonderful products from Femantraa! Any additional charges imposed by local customs are the responsibility of the customer upon the delivery of goods. Rest assured, we are here to provide assistance throughout the process.

However, if, for any reason, you encounter challenges in receiving the shipment due to duty issues, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held liable for such circumstances.
